A name can be carved either on one line or on two lines depending on your preference. It may be possible for the birthdate to be added. The name will be centered. Our engraver needs 2 weeks for this process and then you must add on shipping time after that. J A Simons Ltd is unable to accept returns or offer a refund once the name has been carved onto the 21st key. Please ensure that you have given us the correct details when you order.
